The Body Maestro specifically works with women seeking out the goal of body recomposition. This includes not only fat loss, but also muscular development that induces the transformation of the entire physique. Liliana is a skilled personal trainer and nutritionist with a trained eye for sculpting a woman’s physique. The knowledge and experience that I offer women is not just of vigorous conditioning, but is the strategic sculpting and chiseling of a woman’s masterpiece, that is her figure.

My Story
My journey began as early as age 10, when I was peer pressured into dieting, early on. I struggled with my weight due to binge eating, and found it difficult to stop eating when full. I had lost my hunger and fullness cues. Years later, after a doctor’s visit I had a call to change. I signed up for a gym membership, and in 6 months I had lost thirty pounds. I lost the weight fast, like I wanted to, but I was always hungry, and was constantly worried about giving in and binging on all the “bad” foods I craved. I kept the weight off for years, but my goals had changed. I wanted to be more lean, cut, and toned. In striving to reach these goals, I took dieting to the extreme. I had developed a disordered relationship with food after committing to intermittent fasting, 21 day sugar detoxes, macro and calorie counting. The Result? I experienced cycles of restricting and binging on all the food I was finally “allowed” to have (holidays, birthdays, weekends). Over the years, through trial and error, I developed the proper methods to reach my physique goals and maintain progress, while eating all the foods that I enjoy. I now help women all over the world gain a proper knowledge and understanding of nutrition, fitness, and building healthy habits to sculpt their dream figure, energize their bodies, and enjoy the foods they love without restriction.
